Determine static/dynamic temperature of drilling fluids using aging cells
The Grace Instrument M1560 HPHT Cement Curing and Aging Cell is used to cure and age cement samples under elevated temperature and pressure. For curing, cement can be pressurized and heated to create a solid sample for further evaluation and testing. It is used inside a roller oven or a curing chamber.

The aging process depends on conditions that may vary from static to dynamic and from ambient to highly elevated temperatures.

During the curing process, cement is mixed or sheared for an appropriate amount of time to achieve a homogeneous composition before being poured into the cell. The cement cell is then pressurized and heated to harden, or cure, the sample.
