Grace Instrument Software Updates
Grace Instrument Software Updates: Replacement installation media can be ordered from Grace Instrument; see "Replacement Installation media", below.) If you have not installed the Grace Instrument software from your original installation CD or media, the updates available for download from this site cannot be applied, and the Grace Instrument software cannot run. Replacement Installation media: Should this media become lost or damaged, you will need to contact Grace Instrument to obtain replacement installation media. Replacement media for Grace Instrument software will be provided at a cost of $199.00 per unit for out-of-warranty customers. Each copy will have a unique serial number for tracking purposes and will be shipped within 1 business day. IMPORTANT NOTE: Again, you must be logged into your computer with an Administrator account to apply Grace Instrument software updates. You must also be logged into your computer with an Administrator account to install or reinstall Grace Instrument software. Microsoft Windows Compatibilty: USB Adaptor Drivers: The Grace Instrument software installation media which accompanied your Grace Instrument product contains drivers which are compatible with the USB to Serial Adaptors which also accompanied your Grace Instrument product. Important note: Updating Gracedaq for M3500a™ to version 1.1.9: IMPORTANT: Gracedaq for M3500a™ v. 1.1.9 is incompatible with database files created by all previous versions. If you want to use an existing database file created using a version of Gracedaq for M3500a™ earlier than v. 1.1.9, do not update your Gracedaq for M3500a™ software.

M7500 Ultra HPHT Rheometer & M8500 HPHT Dynamic Sagging Tester
Important note: Update for M7500daq V.2Do not apply this update if you have M7500daq version 1.2.0.23 or earlier. This update is intended for users of M7500daq_v2.exe version 2.0.0.2. The version 2 software is not compatible with the database files created by version 1.2.0.23 or earlier.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You must be logged into your computer with an Administrator account to apply an update. Update for M7500daq 1.2.0.xx (Not V2) Note: M7500daq™ is used for both the M7500 Ultra HPHT Rheometer and the M8500 HPHT Dynamic Sagging Tester. This version of M7500daq.exe is compatible with both the M7500-2 (hardware capable of pressure up to 20,000 psi) and the M7500-3 (hardware capable of pressure up to 30,000 psi.) It will not enable M7500-2 hardware to pressurize higher than 20,000 psi.
