M7800 Ultra HPHT
Hematite Rheometer

PDF Brochure for M3600 viscometer

M3600 Viscometer with heater cup, B1 bob and R1 rotorThe Grace Instrument M7800 Ultra HPHT Hematite Rheometer
is intended for use in rheological testing of magnetically-sensitive
fluids such as those containing hematite.

Unlike the standard operation of a rheometer which operates
via magnetic coupling, the M7800 is configured to keep the
magnets completely separated from the tested fluid. This helps ensure that test results are free of magnetically-induced errors.

The patent-pending M7800 design modifies the M7500 cell tower hardware to enable test pressures of up to 40,000 psi. Like the M7500, The M7800 is built with a thick-walled steel pressure cell, which is surrounded by a fail-safe steel containment vessel to ensure operator safety.

The M7800 Ultra HPHT Hematite Rheometer
is compatible with M7500 testing modules such
as the M7500PVT Pycnometer and the M7500
Cement Cell
.
