M7500 Ultra HPHT RheometerThe Grace Instrument M7500 Ultra HPHT Rheometer is a coaxial cylinder, rotational, high pressure, and high temperature rheometer. It is engineered to measure various rheological properties of fluids (including API HPHT tests) under a range of pressures and temperatures, up to 30,000 psi and 600 °F. An optional cement module is also available for testing the rheology of cements (see tab "Cement Rheometer", below.)

The M7500 is engineered for safe testing with extreme pressure and temperature settings:

The M7500PVT Ultra HPHT Densitometer module measures dilametric changes in the density of a solid or fluid sample under conditions of temperature and pressure over a period of time. The patented M7500PVT Ultra HPHT Densitometer replaces components of the M7500 Rotor/Bob assembly.

M7500 HPHT Cement Rheometer:

M7500 Ultra HPHT Rheometer Cement CellThe HPHT Cement Rheometer is an engineered insert for the M7500 Ultra HPHT Rheometer that is designed for testing cement samples.

The cement sample is contained entirely within the rotor assembly, reducing contamination with pressurization fluid to a bare minimum. Once testing is finished, the rotor can be quickly disassembled for easy cleanup.

The patented design of the cement cell module eliminates jewel bearings, thus preventing measurement errors which can occur when bearings become contaminated with sample fluids.
